Shipping & Returns

To keep costs down we wrap your orders in up-cycled kraft paper, and when appropriate place into a cardboard box that will be either recycled or up-cycled. No plastics or costly packaging, just the products that you have purchased ready to be turned into something wonderful!

We will send your order via Royal Mail, please note there is an extra charge for tracking or by next day delivery.

Our team ensure that your goods are shipped by the end of the day following payment, if there is a delay we will email you (so be sure to let us have your email address!).

If one item of a free delivery is delayed we will not charge extra delivery.
